Major events over the last 12 years :
1989 :
In addition to France, a market which has been characterised by strong growth. TOUAX expanded into Germany with the creation of GOLD GmbH in Hamburg which purchases modular buildings with the purpose of developing leasing activity in the Hamburg region.
1989 was also characterised by the launching of the modular building leasing business in the US. with the acquisition of Marsten - THC subsequently called WORKSPACE + located in Florida.

1996 :
TOUAX acquired SIKO in Germany with the objective of merging the two existing companies and creating strong presence in Berlin, Leipzig, Hamburg and Rostock. 1996 also saw the launching of TOUAX CABIN in the Netherlands and in 1999 the Group opened a base in Poland. Today, TOUAX is the world's fourth largest leasing company of Modular Building with a fleet of over 16,000 units.
