Touax offers short, medium and long term Lease transactions to its customers. The term can vary from 1 to 10 years in order to meet our customers needs. At the expiration of the lease, the lessee can either renew the Lease or redeliver the Railcars to Lessor facilities.

Touax offers two type of lease agreement :

- Full Service Lease
In case of a full lease, the Lessor (Touax) is in charge of the maintenance and repairs of the railcars; and the Rent includes all such costs.
Touax takes advantage of its network of workshops to maintain the railcars everywhere in Europe.

- Net Lease
In the case of a net lease, the Lessee (customer) is in charge of maintenance and repairs of the railcars; the Rent does not include these costs.

b- Sale and Lease-back transactions

Touax offers to buy the Railcars from its customers and lease the Railcars back to them, after refurbishment.
